We’re here to guide you through each step of the process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment you inquire.
Here’s what to expect after you submit your inquiry:

Prompt Response (Within 1-2 Business Days)
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reply within 1-2 business days. During the week, we’re all about emails and calls, but on weekends, our full focus is on our weddings and BTV couples. This allows us to give our couples the dedicated attention they deserve on their big day.
If we’re already booked for your chosen wedding date, we’ll happily refer you to other trusted wedding planners who we know, like, and trust. Your day matters, and we want to ensure you’re in good hands whether we are available or not.
Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation
Once we connect, we’ll invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation via a link to our calendar. This is a no-obligation, casual chat where we’ll get to know you, learn about your vision, and answer any initial questions. We’ll also talk through our services and help determine if we’re the right fit for your wedding.
During this call, we’ll walk you through our different packages and pricing options, so you understand what we offer and how we can best serve you. Our goal is to listen, understand your vision, and explore how we can bring it to life.

Follow-up Email with Service Guide & Pricing
After the consultation, we’ll send you a follow-up email with a detailed service guide and pricing sheet. This will give you time to review our offerings and consider which package fits your needs and budget. We believe in transparency, so we lay everything out for you from the beginning—no surprises or hidden fees.
Securing Your Date
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we’ll send over a contract for you to review and sign electronically. To officially secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. Once that’s squared away, we can dive into the fun part: planning your dream day!
Your Welcome Meeting
In this meeting, we’ll take the time to discuss your engagement journey and learn more about you as a couple. We’ll dive into your vision for the wedding, exploring your ideas, inspirations, and priorities for your big day. This is a collaborative space where we begin to shape the foundation of your planning experience.
Once your welcome meeting is complete, we’ll dive into the planning process tailored to your chosen package. Here’s what you can expect based on the level of service you select:
Month-of Coordination: If you’re opting for month-of coordination, you’ll handle all of the planning on your own, but two months out, we step in to finalize all the details. At this point, we’ll take over all vendor communications and logistics to ensure everything is in place for your big day and nothing slips through the cracks.
Partial Planning: With partial planning, you’ll be onboarded to our Aisle Planner system, where you’ll have access to customized vendor recommendations and planning tools. We’ll have more in-depth meetings (6 in total) to guide you through key decisions, but you still have a hand in executing the overall plan. You are in the driver's seat until 4 months out when we take the reins and finalize all details.
Full-Service Planning: For full-service clients, we take the lead from the beginning. We’ll handle everything from vendor sourcing to timeline creation, checking in with you monthly to ensure everything is on track. Our team will be fully immersed in your planning journey, making sure every detail is covered, so you can enjoy the process stress-free.
