8 Bachelorette Party Games You Probably Haven’t Played Before

We’ve all been to a bachelorette before and played stereotypical games like “Truth or Dare” or “Would You Rather.” While these games can be fun, they are way overplayed and lack creativity. The average bachelorette weekend lasts only two days, so you don’t want to waste a minute playing games not everyone will enjoy! I’ve done my research and compiled what I think is a pretty diverse list of 8 different, innovative games to play at the next bachelorette trip you’re on. Chances are, you probably haven’t played all of them before!

  1. “Best Drinks For The Bride”

You may have seen this trend going around on Tik Tok earlier this year where every girl on the trip creates a fun drink or cocktail for the group to enjoy. Girls can partner up or work individually to create a custom drink they think the bride will love. Bonus points are awarded for creative names and show stopping presentation. The bride will be the judge and ultimately decide who made the “best drinks for the bride.” Prizes can be awarded to the winner(s) whether it be a free drink when you’re out at the bars or a fun accessory.

2. “Guess Who?” Jeopardy

Chances are, not everyone on your bachelorette trip is going to know each other well or be from the same friend group. If this is the case, “Guess Who?” Jeopardy is a non-cringy way to break the ice and for your guests to get to know each other in a fun way! Now this game does require a little bit of prep, but it is so worth it! Prior to the trip the bride or MOH will send out a Google Form or an individual text with a list of questions to every girl who is attending the trip. These questions can range from “What was your worst date?” to “What is something shocking most people don’t know about you?” The bride or MOH will then use the responses to create their own custom Jeopardy board (see jeopardylabs.com). Players can play in teams, pairs or individually. The girls will pick a category and a point value and will guess who in the room the fact is about. Whoever earns the most points in the end is the winner!

3. Who Knows The Bride The Best?

This game will bring out the competitive side of your guests! Similar to “Guess Who?” Jeopardy, this game also requires a little bit of advance thought. Prior to the bachelorette, the MOH will ask the bride a series of 10-20 questions about herself. The MOH will then compile the list of questions and make copies for all of the girls. All of the girls will test their knowledge of the bride and spend time answering the questions independently. When time is up, the MOH will ask the bride the series of questions and guests will evaluate their individual performance. Whoever had the most correct answers knows the bride the best and wins a prize! There are also a ton of cute templates on Etsy (like the one below) that the MOH could purchase if she doesn’t feel like creating her own list of questions.

4. Who Wrote It? (FB Status Edition)

Okay, you know those “on this day 7 years ago” notifications you get from Facebook? If you’re anything like me, I’m sure you wrote some super cringe-worthy FB statuses in middle and high school that you hope no one will EVER see again. Think again! Who Wrote It? is a game where all of your embarrassing Facebook statuses come to light. Here’s how it works! Prior to the bachelorette, the MOH will contact each guest and ask them to go into their FB vault and find 1-3 statuses (or posts) they wrote/made when they were younger. The MOH will then compile them all into a Powerpoint presentation. Players can play individually or in teams. The goal is to correctly guess who wrote what FB status. Make sure to keep track of points because whoever wins gets a prize! This game is a great way for your guests to get to know each other better and share some laughs together.

5. Prosecco Pong

The better, classier version of beer pong! Instead of red solo cups, you can use the custom bachelorette cups you probably are going to order from Etsy and fun colored ping pong balls! Amazon even has an entire set you can buy that includes 12 plastic Prosecco glasses and 3 pink ping pong balls for just under $20. If you’ve never played Prosecco pong before, the rules are pretty much the same as beer pong. Split your group up into 2 teams of up to 6 people per team. Each team will arrange their 6 glasses (filled with Prosecco of course) into an equilateral triangle formation at each end of the table or countertop. Teams will take turns trying to get their ping pong ball into the opposing teams’ glasses of Prosecco. If they are victorious, the person who got the ping pong ball in the glass has to drink the entire glass of Prosecco. Some players simply remove the glass off the table and don’t drink it, but that’s totally up to you and your group. Teams will go back and forth until one team successfully gets their ping pong ball into all 6 of the Prosecco glasses. The team that wins gets a prize!

6. Family Feud: Bachelorette Edition

Did anyone else watch Family Feud back when Richard Karn was the host? I was only 10-years-old at the time, but I distinctly remember him and how obsessed I was with the show. If you are a fan like me, you are in luck because they have a Bachelorette Edition of this popular game show that you can purchase from Amazon! The card game includes 150 question cards, 50 fast money cards and even has a free app with sound effects from the show. So cool, right?! You could honestly play this game with your girlfriends at girls nights long after the bachelorette is over, so it is a good investment. I might need to buy this game for myself!

7. Scavenger Hunt

You may have done a scavenger hunt before, but have you ever done one at a bachelorette party where each task is assigned a point value and there are awesome prizes at stake? I did a scavenger hunt at one of my friend’s bachelorettes and it was honestly so much fun! We split the group up into two teams and whoever earned the most points were the winners. Each group made sure to take photo evidence of them completing each task as proof. There are several different digital downloads on Etsy that you can choose from that match different bachelorette themes. This game is super easy and inexpensive. Your group is guaranteed to have a ton of fun running around the city completing each task!

8. Paint The Fiancé

If you have ever been to one of those “sip and paint” classes, you know that drinking can make anyone feel like they are a skilled artist. I’ve been to several of these classes before and each time I think I am leaving with a masterpiece but when I get home I realize it looks more like a 4-year-old painted it. “Paint the Fiancé” also involves drinking and painting, but with a competitive twist! I saw this idea on Tik Tok when I was scrolling the other day (shout-out @taylorshanle) and I thought it was such a fun and unique bach party activity! Each girl gets their own canvas or piece of paper, paint and brushes and has a set amount of time to paint the bride’s fiancé. When time is up, the bride will be the judge and decide whose masterpiece is the best. You guessed it…whoever the best artist is gets a prize!

Whether you are going on a bachelorette trip sometime soon or just need some fun activities for a girls night, I hope you were able to get some new ideas for non-cringy bachelorette games! Which game do you want to try the most?
